Hon. Steven S. Honigman joins Firm as Partner

The Firm is pleased to announce that Hon. Steven S. Honigman has joined the firm as a Partner as of January 1, 2006.

Mr. Honigman served as General Counsel of the Navy from 1993 though 1998. He will continue his practice in public policy, government affairs, government contracts and disputes, and commercial, securities and class action litigation.
