On April 29, 2005, Norman J. Resnicow appeared as guest speaker in the Private Equity course at the Executive MBA Program of the New York University Stern School of Business. The course – taught by veteran investment banker Arthur Rosenbloom of CFC Capital – utilizes as a case study the form of a successful M&A transaction in which Messrs. Resnicow and Rosenbloom represented the seller. This was Mr. Resnicow's third presentation in recent years at the NYU Stern School of Business.

On April 10, 2005, Mr. Resnicow spoke to 130 MBA students at The S.C. Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University on the legal aspects of "Due Diligence for Private Equity." His presentation was part of an all-day Immersion Seminar that included presentations by investment banks, management consultants, tax specialists and other M&A advisors.
