The International Civil Litigation and the USA seminar program, attended by lawyers from 13 countries, was held in Breckenridge, Colorado from February 25 through March 3, 2006. Ms. Kundar's principal presentations were on "The Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Judgments" and "The Act of State Doctrine".
