Three Vietnamese state owned banks and representatives of several Vietnamese Commercial Joint Stock banks individually met in Hanoi recently with partners Rafael Ginebra and Kathleen Kundar to discuss possible further cooperation as Fox Horan & Camerini LLP is expanding its work in connection with cross border transactions involving Vietnam. Vietnam's accession to the WTO and the commitments that it has made as a result present an excellent moment for business.  Mr. Ginebra and Ms. Kundar additionally met in Hanoi with local Vietnamese law firms as well as Am-Cham and the US Department of Commerce representatives there and a Vietnamese-Russian Joint Venture Bank.
