Former Fox Horan & Camerini stagiaire, Qi Jiang, now a senior partner with the Deheng Law Firm in China, has been named by his law firm to head its Beijing office.   Mr. Jiang, at the same time, will continue to have client responsibilities related to his firm's office in Qingdao.
