Ezequiel A. Camerini, Rafael A. Ginebra, Fernando A. Planchart and Tomás M. Casalins, members of the firm's Latin American practice group headed by Mr. Camerini, represented Chemo Group in the acquisition of an indirect 19.6 percent interest in Gas Natural Ban, an Argentine subsidiary of the Spanish consortium Gas Natural SDG, an energy multi-national, leader in the gas sector in Spain and Latin America, the world's fourth biggest gas transporter by volume, and one of the biggest operators of combined cycle generating plants in the world. The transaction closed in December 2008 after six months of negotiation.
