Corporate senior associate Eric D. Kuhn was a speaker at the April 6-7 Atlanta conference of the AIJA (Global Association of Young Lawyers) entitled, "Introduction to Civil Law M&A Practice for Common Law Practitioners."  As part of the conference, Mr. Kuhn moderated a panel composed of attorneys from continental Europe and the United States on the role of contractual and extra-contractual representations and warranties in M&A practice in civil and common law jurisdictions, and strategies for minimizing the impact of statutory law in implementing the desired business deal.  The conference was attended by over 40 attorneys from Europe and the United States.
