Eric Lindquist
Eric Lindquist provides day-to-day legal advice and services, principally to industrial and commercial clients of the firm, on matters including public and private contracting, financial services products, trade secrets, environmental and other regulatory compliance, employment law, antitrust, and general corporate law. He is also one of the Firm’s litigation partners, representing clients in state and federal courts, and before a variety of arbitral forums, in a similarly varied range of litigation matters.
Having studied and worked in the United States, Britain, Spain, France and Belgium, Mr. Lindquist recognizes that appreciation of a client's cultural perspective is a key to providing practical and effective counsel. His proficiency in Spanish and French often helps him to understand our foreign clients' objectives and strategies, and to provide clear and direct advocacy and advice. Because he practices both as a business lawyer and as a litigator, Mr. Lindquist provides continuity of service and a grasp of the legal and commercial contexts that affect Fox Horan & Camerini clients.
Mr. Lindquist’s academic and professional credentials include: B.A., with honors, University of California at Santa Cruz, 1984; J.D., University of Maine School of Law, 1989 (Executive Editor, Maine Law Review); LL.M., London School of Economics, 1993; admitted to practice in Maine, 1989, and New York, 1994.
