Mr. Rivkin's practice is concentrated on corporate, commercial and other business disputes, primarily in an international context. His litigation and arbitration work covers a broad range, including antitrust, unfair competition, securities fraud, surety bonds, banking, lender liability, cross-border commerce, civil RICO, misappropriation of trade secrets, intellectual property, asset forfeiture, licensing, recovery of stolen art and construction disputes.

He has successfully utilized the procedures for gathering of evidence outside the U.S. under foreign conventions and has enforced foreign letters rogatory in the U.S.

Mr. Rivkin has also been actively involved in the Firm's art litigation practice. Among his cases in this area are the successful representation of a numismatic museum in several litigations to recover stolen coins, and representation of a museum to recover a Native American artifact.
