Fulvio F. Cajina
Fulvio F. Cajina was born in Managua, Nicaragua and is fluent in both English and Spanish. Mr. Cajina practices primarily with the Latin-American practice group and also conducts commercial litigation. During law school, Mr. Cajina was a summer associate at a large New York law firm, did coursework in international law at the Sorbonne, and assisted Professor Robert Hillman’s research on software contracts pursuant to a grant from the American Law Institute. Prior to law school, Mr. Cajina spent three years in Washington, DC where he worked at the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System’s Economic Research Division and the Federal Trade Commission’s Antitrust Division.

Mr. Cajina received a BA in Economics from UC Berkeley in 2000, where he was a Regent’s Scholar, and graduated from Cornell Law School in 2006, where he was President of the Latin American Law Students Association. Mr. Cajina completed graduate coursework in Economics at Georgetown University in 2001.

Mr. Cajina’s admission to the bar of the State of New York is pending.
