SooJung Han
SooJung Han regularly works in business formation, transactions and governance, in finance law and in international transactions.
Ms. Han earned her J.D. degree cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School. After winning the Best Brief Award in the law school’s Maynard Pirsig Moot Court competition, she was for one academic year a visiting student at New York University School of Law in New York City.
Ms. Han earned B.A. and M.A. degrees in English Literature at Yonsei University in Seoul, Korea and became interested in international business law while working in Seoul as a paralegal for a major multinational corporation’s legal department, and then for a leading Korean-based international law firm.
SooJung Han is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey. Prior to joining the Firm, she practiced at a general commercial law firm in New Jersey. Ms. Han is fluent in English and Korean.
